Well as of 4:45 pm yesterday, I became the proud owner of my first home. It is this cute 1946 Modified Cape in chester in a very quiet and country setting. Micheal and I went to the house last night after we grabbed some pizza at Pepes and we had some champagne, smudged the house and lit a candle. Now the work begins, luckily it is only cosmetic and we got it at such a steal. I hope everyone had a lovely christmas and we wish you the best in this coming year~
